Andrew Lindsey brings over 12 years of experience across private equity, real estate advisory, and entrepreneurial ventures. His background spans both institutional-scale transactions and small business operations, with deal experience ranging from £150,000 to over £250 million and cumulative involvement in over £1 billion worth of transactions across the UK and internationally.
Andrew specializes in deal sourcing, financial analysis and evaluation, as well as transaction execution. He is adept at evaluating risk, structuring financing, and aligning investor objectives with on-the-ground opportunities.

Matt Thompson
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Matthew Thomson brings deep operational knowledge and hands-on leadership to Octavian's development and delivery functions. Having owned and operated a successful construction business, Matthew has overseen a wide range of projects — from residential new builds to specialized assisted care and supported living facilities.
His expertise lies not only in construction and project management, but also in his ability to source and secure the right opportunities through a trusted network built over two decades. He is highly experienced in managing on-site personnel, subcontractors, and third-party consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.
